Ione Medical is a concierge style medical practice. For a monthly (or yearly) membership fee, you will have full access to medical appointments, medication management, and the clinical expertise of Rebecca Fredman, CNP, AGNP-C an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with years of experience partnering with patients to help address the complex medical needs associated with perimenopause, postmenopause, overweight, obesity, and gender dysphoria.
Active partnership with an experienced clinician is a crucial aspect in your journey to better health. At Ione Medical, we want to meet your needs on your timeline, and we do not want you to wait endless weeks (or months) to establish care and start living your best life.

What is Included with my Membership fee?

What is not Included with my Membership fee?
✦ Initial consultation visit to determine your unique goals and medical needs.
✦ Specialized weight loss medications (phentermine, semaglutide, tirzepatide)
✦ Bioidentical hormone pellets
✦ Custom compounded medications
✦ Supplement injections
✦ Custom skin care products
✧ Your membership fee includes up to 4 office visits and/or phone calls per month. The cost of your initial consultation is not included in your membership fee.
✧ If I start the prescription, I will manage it for the length of your membership. I can prescribe to any local pharmacy. Please ask for a copy of Ione Medical’s formulary for a list of the medications that I manage.
✧ Portal messages will typically receive a response within 2 business days, unless otherwise indicated. Phone calls can be requested any time via Patient Portal text or email, and I will respond within 2 business days to determine a time that works for you.
